Terms of Service
For the purpose of this agreement, Signature Content will be referred to as the SELLER and the client will be referred to as the BUYER.
The terms of service are an AGREEMENT between buyer and seller upon the guaranteed delivery of work meeting criterium relayed by the buyer extending no further to include assumptions.
The purpose of the terms of service is to provide clarification in the unlikely event of a dispute between buyer and seller upon the receipt of PAYMENT or CONTENT DELIVERY.
Upon delivery of the FINAL document within the order and the FINAL payment, all rights to the work are transferred to the buyer. OWNERSHIP, therefore, transfers from buyer to seller after transaction completion.
PROSPECTIVE BUYERS have the right to request access to view pieces of PORTFOLIO to review the content quality they may receive while offering viable references to work in a similar topic, field, industry or discipline. However, work must not be re-purposed or STOLEN and such cases will result in lawful ACTION.
After the SUBMISSION of the document, the buyer is granted 3 working days to return with their one provided revision or to accept the delivery. In the event of an UNRESPONSIVE buyer past this period, the work will be assumed accepted and no further revisions, cancellations or refunds will be permitted.
Buyers have the right to request one free REVISION with their content to account for any minor alignment to the document. Examples include removing certain wording, re-phrasing a paragraph, re-structuring the document with a re-order, a small change to the content and so on.
A REVISION does NOT include the right to request further research or additional material to be added to the document whereby there will be a reasonable assumption of content striding past paid-for word quantities. ADDITIONAL CONTENT may be added following a pay increase of GBP 0.03 per word.
A CONSULTATION will take place over the GOOGLE MEET platform to account for ease of access for both buyer and seller.
The seller agrees to provide documents that have been fully researched and hand-typed with one proofread to finalise. Buyers must therefore agree to REVIEW the copy delivered before PUBLISHING to ensure unlikely errors have gone amiss as final ACCOUNTABILITY lies with the buyer.
As a GHOSTWRITER, services do NOT include the use of IMAGES as these can be highly subjective and may require subscriptions to numerous paid providers, license agreements and access to the buyer’s brand’s library of images. Therefore, the seller refers the BUYER to online libraries of royalty-free imagery to be implemented to their finalised document after receipt and before publishing by the buyer.
In the case of an order requiring the use of KEYWORDS, these should be sourced by the BUYER and laid out within the order requirements in correlation to the number purchased within the order. Yet, when keywords are NOT SUPPLIED and are requested as an EXTRA by the buyer, keywords will be sourced using services including Google Ads Keyword Planner, SEO Surfer, Answer the Public and Keyword (Plug-in).
Documents will be PROCESSED and PROOFREAD using services such as Hemingway Editor and SEO Surfer to ensure readability grade when REQUESTED by the buyer for SEO purposes.
There is NO requirement for the buyer to ANNOTATE the written copy with the name of the seller yet they are requested to inform the seller if this is an intention of the buyer.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS will be requested from the buyer at purchase concerning each bought service and must be completed before the seller’s work can COMMENCE. Failure to present these requirements will result in 2 contact attempts by the seller within the initial 24-hour period after the order purchase. Continued failure to present order requirements by the buyer will statute an order CANCELLATION.
In the result of NULL COMMUNICATION between buyer and seller, the seller reserves the right to CANCEL the order and return the funds to the buyer with the further agreement that no future work be completed by the seller for the buyer.
For the request of a NON-DISCLOSURE agreement on behalf of the buyer and buyer’s brand, the seller will be COMPLIANT. However, the buyer must agree to INDEMNIFY the seller for action by the buyer or third party against the content or data supplied resulting from reasonable research.
Specific RATES OF WORK are outlined via email. Rates may include RESEARCH, email COMMUNICATION and one REVISION to the first delivery of work.
CANCELLATIONS are an option between buyer and seller with both parties reserving the right to institute the action in line with the following context:
The BUYER can request order cancellation within 2-hours of ordering in the case of an accidental purchase.
The BUYER can request order cancellation in the case of content or delivery not meeting the desired criteria originally set out in the ORDER REQUIREMENTS. If work is found to be in use thereafter, the buyer is subject to the receipt of LEGAL ACTION under a STOLEN GOODS order whereby the use of work is non-permissible.
The SELLER can request order cancellation in the case of unreasonable order requests that require the sharing of false, unlawful or damaging information. This also accounts for order requests featuring sexual, violent or inappropriate material.
The SELLER can request order cancellation in the event of UNRESPONSIVE BUYERS whereby the buyer is not meeting the effective communication needs required to complete the purchased order.
The SELLER can request order cancellation, similarly, in the event of a buyer not fulfilling the ORDER REQUIREMENTS upon purchase of the order atop being unresponsive to the 2 contact attempts made by the seller within the initial 24-hour period after the order placement by the buyer.
Before placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms of service set herein. Placing said order is reasonably referred to as CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT and CONFIRMATION to the contractual usage of services by Signature Content.
